Danny Batkhan is the founder of East Coast Management Company. As a real estate investor himself, he struggled to find a company that could meet his high standards of management, organization, and resident retention. In 2015 he started his own company with the goal of providing a superior level of service for both owners and residents. From there, Danny has grown the company to successfully service over 300 doors in the Baltimore Metro area. He is excited to continue helping clients grow their investments.
Katie Mills
Leasing Manager
She/Her
Katie is in charge of our Leasing Division, Keeping our units occupied and in compliance. She is dedicated to help prospective tenants find the right home, guide them through the leasing process, and make sure their move in experience is as pleasant as possible. She assists our current tenants with lease renewals, various compliance items, and move outs. Whatever challenges our current or prospective residents face, Katie is excited to help navigate through them. Like the rest of our team, she is committed to a high level of accountability and superior work standards. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, camping, cooking, learning about Sharks (Go Shark Week!), and spending time with her friends and family.
